Starting A Meeting on the Electronic Intergroup

When requesting to start a meeting (or group) with this intergroup keep the following in mind:

Two or more members needed to attend the meeting.

Member 1: Must have 30 or more days of back to back CEA-HOW abstinence, qualify as a food sponsor, and working with their own sponsor. (*required to lead the meeting)

Member 1 or 2 needs to be willing to learn to host the meeting via Zoom.

Meet with the purpose of practicing the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of CEA-HOW

Read The Twelve Steps of CEA-HOW, The Twelve Traditions of CEA-HOW, The CEA-HOW Concept, and The Seven Tools of CEA-HOW as written.

Adhere to abstinence requirements to pitch, per the 7 Tools of CEA-HOW

Use only CEA-HOW or AA Conference approved literature. Outside literature is not read or quoted.

Have no affiliation other than CEA-HOW.

Be willing to fill out the below form as well as go to the CEA HOW website to start the process there.

Go to ceahow.org, choose Meetings tab and add a meeting under it. Fill out the form accordingly. This is a two group process. The below form is for the Intergroup: Electronic Intergroup-English.

In the spirit of Tradition One and unity, the electronic intergroup keeps its meetings all on the same software and log in.

If your group meets these requirements, please complete the following online form. 


The intergroup will submit the information to have the meeting registered with the World Service Organization (WSO).
