Click on the “Participants” option at the bottom of the zoom screen.

This will pop up a list of all the meeting participants.
(This list is the easiest way to manage the meeting.)

Hover over the participant whose name needs to be updated


From the menu that appears, click “Rename“.

A new box will pop up on your screen with the participants name in it. This is where the name is edit. When finished adjusting the participants name, click “OK“

The name you entered will now show for all participants on the meeting and in the menu.
